FAQ about Charging

Q. My Ring Isn’t Charging.

If your ring isn’t charging, please check the following:

  • Loose Cable Connection: Make sure your ring and the charging cable are properly connected. You’ll see an LED light up when it’s connected correctly.
  • Faulty Charger or Port: Try plugging into a different wall adapter or even a laptop to see if the issue persists.
  • Low-Power/Unstable Charger: Use a power adapter with at least 15W output to ensure stable charging.
  • Bluetooth Error: The app’s battery percentage might not update even if your ring is actually charging due to a Bluetooth communication glitch. Try reconnecting your Bluetooth.

If you’ve checked all these and your ring still isn’t charging, please reach out to us for further help.

Q. My Battery Drains Too Fast.

The battery is a consumable part and may naturally degrade over time.

The longer you’ve used the ring, the shorter the battery life may become after a full charge.

To help extend battery life, try switching your heart rate monitoring mode to Battery Saver.

(How to set: Go to My Page > Tracking Mode > Heart Rate)

Q. Can I buy an additional charging cable?

Currently, the charging cable is not sold separately. However, the charging dock can be purchased separately.

Q. Are There Any Precautions When Charging?

  • Avoid using fast chargers, as high current can overheat or damage the device. Use a standard 5V/1A charger.
  • Make sure the ring and cable are dry and free of dust or debris before charging.
  • If the ring has soap, hand sanitizer, or other residue on it, be sure to wipe it clean first.
  • The charging cable uses a magnetic connection—keep metal objects away from it during charging.
  • Store both your charger and ring in a dry place while charging. A humid environment can cause malfunctions.
