Sure! The ring is safe for swimming in water up to 2 meters deep for up to 30 minutes. Please avoid diving or water sports involving high pressure.

The ring is designed to operate between 32°F–122°F (0°C and 50°C). Please avoid using it in environments exceeding this range to prevent damage.
