How to Wear Your Ring

  • Make sure the “b” mark (sensor) is facing the inside of your finger when wearing the ring.
  • Wear it on a finger that’s neither too tight nor too loose. There’s no fixed finger required—feel free to switch fingers depending on comfort.
  • We recommend wearing it on the non-dominant hand. Because the ring uses motion-sensitive sensors, excessive finger movement may be mistakenly counted as steps.

  • If the ring feels hot, wait for it to cool down before wearing it again.
  • Loose contact between your finger and the ring may lead to inaccurate or failed measurements.
  • We recommend wearing the ring on your non-dominant hand to reduce miscounting of steps due to hand movements.
