1. Connect the ring to the included charger.

2. A red light will turn on while the ring is charging. When the light turns green, charging is complete.
Troubleshooting: The ring isn’t charging?
- In some cases, the ring may not be properly connected. Make sure the indicator light turns on.
- There may be an issue with the charger itself. Try using a different charger to see if the problem persists.
- If you’re using a low-power or unstable charger, try switching to a power adapter with at least 15W output.
- In some cases, the ring may be charging normally but the battery level doesn’t update due to a Bluetooth communication issue. Try reconnecting Bluetooth.
Please Note
- Before charging, ensure there is no moisture or debris on the magnetic contact points. Wipe it clean if necessary.
- The magnetic cable can attract metal objects, so keep it away from any metallic items.
- Using fast chargers may cause overheating or damage due to high current. It’s best to use a standard (non-fast) charger.
- Charge your ring in a dry environment. Moisture may cause malfunctions or damage.
