To help you get the best experience with b.ring, here are some solutions for common issues that may occur depending on your environment.
Please check the steps below, and if the issue persists, contact our Help Center via 1:1 inquiry in the app.
📊 Measurement isn’t working, or the results look off.
Try the following steps.
- Connect the ring to the charger and restart it.
- Go to [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Firmware Update] and update to the latest version.
- Go to [My Page > Tracking Mode], change the mode, then re-enable it.
- For G1 models, please turn off your phone’s battery optimization feature. (Power-saving mode can affect real-time communication.)
- For G2 / Pro models, go to [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Sensor Calibration].
👣 My step count seems too low (or too high).
Please check the following.
- Go to [Settings > Profile] and make sure your height and weight are entered correctly.
- For G1 models, turn on [Activity > Settings > Enhanced Step View].
- For G2 / Pro models, perform [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Sensor Calibration].
🌡️ My skin temperature looks too high.
The ring measures skin surface temperature, not body temperature.
Values may appear higher due to ambient temperature, usage environment, or hand position.
If your hand has been exposed to warm water or direct light, remove the ring for a moment, clean the sensor area, and try measuring again.
If it is continuously measured high, please update to version 10010 or higher in [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Firmware Update].
💧 My blood oxygen level looks low.
A temporarily low reading doesn’t necessarily mean a health issue.
Lower values can be caused by temporary breathing changes, fatigue, stress, smoking, or high altitude.
Also, because G2 / Pro models have higher sensor sensitivity,
measurements may appear lower even though your health is stable.
It’s best to observe overall trends rather than individual readings.
🔗 Apple Health / Google Fit isn’t syncing properly.
Sometimes, b.ring data syncs correctly, but Apple Health or Google Fit may show a delay or temporary sync issue.
In most cases, data will sync automatically after some time, or restarting your device/app can resolve it more quickly.
If other devices (like your phone’s internal sensors or smartwatches) have higher data priority, b.ring data might not appear.
Please check your data source and priority settings, and make sure b.ring is set as the top source (1st priority).

Apple Health
1. Open the Apple Health app.
2. Select a category like Steps or Sleep.
3. Tap [Data Sources & Access] at the bottom.
4. Edit [Data Sources] and set b.ring as the top priority.

Health Connect (Google Fit)
1. Open Health Connect.
2. Go to [Manage data > Data sources & priority].
3. In each section (Sleep, Activity, etc.), set b.ring as the top priority.
