🔗 FAQ about Health Connect

Apple Health / Google Fit isn’t syncing properly.

Sometimes, b.ring data syncs correctly, but Apple Health or Google Fit may show a delay or temporary sync issue.

In most cases, data will sync automatically after some time, or restarting your device/app can resolve it more quickly.

If other devices (like your phone’s internal sensors or smartwatches) have higher data priority, b.ring data might not appear.

Please check your data source and priority settings, and make sure b.ring is set as the top source (1st priority).

1. Open the Apple Health app.

2. Select a category like Steps or Sleep.

3. Tap [Data Sources & Access] at the bottom.

4. Edit [Data Sources] and set b.ring as the top priority.

1. Open Health Connect.

2. Go to [Manage data > Data sources & priority].

3. In each section (Sleep, Activity, etc.), set b.ring as the top priority.
