If manual heart rate measurement fails, please try the following steps:
- Reset the ring: Go to My Page > Ring Settings > Factory Reset
- Reinstall the app
- Reconnect the ring

Q. [Tracking Mode] isn’t working.
If there is no record while wearing the ring, or if it records when not wearing it, please follow these steps.
- Disconnect and reconnect the ring(My Page → Smart Ring Settings → Disconnect)
- Firmware Update(My Page → Smart Ring Settings → Firmware Update)
- Select another tracking mode(My Page → Tracking Mode)
- For G2 / Pro models: Re-enable automatic measurement mode, or perform Sensor Calibration (My Page → Smart Ring Settings → Sensor Calibration).
- If data is not recorded for more than a day, reset the ring and reconnect. (My Page → Smart Ring Settings → Factory Reset)

Q. The reading doesn’t match how I actually feel.
Measurement accuracy can vary based on how the ring is worn:
- If the ring is too loose, the sensor may not maintain proper skin contact, resulting in inaccurate readings.
- If it’s too tight, it may restrict blood flow and interfere with measurement.
- Make sure the “b” mark faces your palm — if worn incorrectly, the sensor may not function properly.
For the most accurate heart rate readings, it’s best to measure when you’re in a relaxed, stable state, like when you’re sitting or still.
