Q. I switched to a new ring model. How can I update the settings?

Go to [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Change Model] and select the model you’re using.

  • Note: When switching between G1 and G2/Pro, some data may appear missing or inaccurate for about a day.
    This is a temporary issue caused by differences in data handling, and it will return to normal the next day.

Q. Can I use multiple rings at the same time?

✅ Using multiple rings of the same model

If they’re the same model with only different colors, that’s fine. Simply connect the ring you want to use.

❎ Using different models (G1, G2, Pro) together

Since G1 and G2/Pro handle data differently, switching between models may cause data to appear unstable.

For this reason, we don’t recommend using different models at the same time or alternately.


Q. What data does each model measure?

Each ring model has different measurement items and data storage periods.

Data stored on the ring will be automatically deleted after a certain time, so we recommend syncing your data at least once a day.
