Q. My Sleep Data Isn’t Showing Up.
If you’re not seeing your sleep data, please check the following:
- If your ring powered off or ran low on battery during sleep, data might not have been recorded.
- Sleep is only recorded if you fall asleep after 9:00 PM. Any sleep outside of this window will not be saved.
- If the app didn’t complete syncing with your ring, your sleep data might not have been updated in the app.
If there is no record while wearing the ring, or if it records when not wearing it, please follow these steps.
- Disconnect and reconnect the ring(My Page → Smart Ring Settings → Disconnect)
- Firmware Update(My Page → Smart Ring Settings → Firmware Update)
- Select another tracking mode(My Page → Tracking Mode)
- For G2 / Pro models: Re-enable automatic measurement mode, or perform Sensor Calibration (My Page → Smart Ring Settings → Sensor Calibration).
- If data is not recorded for more than a day, reset the ring and reconnect. (My Page → Smart Ring Settings → Factory Reset)
Q. My Sleep Time Isn’t Accurate.
Our sleep tracking uses a cool auto-measurement feature based on when your heart rate stabilizes and your movement decreases.
This means sometimes, even if you’re still technically awake but your body is super relaxed, the ring might think you’ve drifted off.
We’re constantly working to improve accuracy and minimize these little discrepancies.
Q. Does It Track Naps?
Currently, only sleep that starts after 9 p.m. is recorded.
Nap times outside of this window are not recorded.
We don’t yet support nap tracking or custom sleep time settings, but we’re considering adding this feature starting with the Pro model.
