FAQ about sleep

Q. My Sleep Data Isn’t Showing Up.

If you’re not seeing your sleep data, please check the following:

  • It is recorded only between 9:00 PM and 11:00 AM the next day. Any sleep outside of this time frame is not tracked.
  • If your ring powered off or ran low on battery during sleep, data might not have been recorded.
  • If the app didn’t complete syncing with your ring, your sleep data might not have been updated in the app.

If none of the above apply and you’re still having trouble, we recommend resetting your ring and pairing it again.

(How to reset: Go to My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Factory Reset)

Q. My Sleep Time Isn’t Accurate.

Our sleep tracking uses a cool auto-measurement feature based on when your heart rate stabilizes and your movement decreases.

This means sometimes, even if you’re still technically awake but your body is super relaxed, the ring might think you’ve drifted off.

We’re constantly working to improve accuracy and minimize these little discrepancies.

Q. Does It Track Naps?

Currently, sleep is only tracked between 9:00 PM and 11:00 AM the next day.

Nap times outside of this window are not recorded.

This limitation is in place to maintain consistency and accuracy in sleep tracking.

At this time, we do not support customization of sleep tracking hours.
