How to Wear Your Ring

- For accurate measurement, please wear the ring so that the sensor (b mark) faces your palm.
- Wear it on a finger that’s neither too tight nor too loose. There’s no fixed finger required—feel free to switch fingers depending on comfort.
FAQs
Q. Can I wear the ring while swimming?
Sure! It’s safe to use for daily water exposure, showers, or swimming. However, please avoid diving or water sports involving high pressure. And make sure to completely dry the ring before charging.
Q. Can I wear the ring in a hot spring or sauna?
The ring is designed to operate between 32°F–122°F (0°C and 50°C). Please avoid using it in environments exceeding this range to prevent damage.
Please Note
- We recommend wearing it on the non-dominant hand. Because the ring uses motion-sensitive sensors, excessive finger movement may be mistakenly counted as steps.
- If the ring does not fit snugly on your finger, the measurement results may be inaccurate or not recorded at all. Please wear it so that it fits comfortably and securely.
- If the ring feels hot, please wait until it cools down before wearing it.
- Wear the ring only in environments within its operating temperature range of 32°F–122°F (0°C and 50°C).
