- By analyzing your health data and body clock, we recommend the best times for focus, Exercise, and sleep.

Exercise
- Supports over 18 different Exercise types and displays key metrics for each.
- Records outdoor Exercise paths on a map. Replay your route to review your Exercise journey at a glance.

AI Meals
- Simply take a photo of your meal, and AI will automatically analyze the calories and main nutrients.
- You can check your total calorie and nutrient intake by day, week, or month, along with your meal records.

Friends
- It’s a feature that lets you send an invitation and add friends in the app.
- With friends, you can manage your health together using b.ring Care (real-time data sharing) and more.

b.ring Care
- It’s a feature that lets you monitor your family’s or friends’ health data in real time.
- You can choose which data to share—such as sleep, activity, or heart rate—and stop sharing at any time.
- Data is available in real time, but it may not appear if the other person hasn’t synced.

Step Ranking
- Based on your step count, you can see your ranking compared to other users.
- Rankings are updated automatically every 30 minutes and can be viewed daily or weekly.
- Please set your nickname before using the ranking feature.
