What is Syncing?
Syncing is the process of transferring the health data measured by your ring to the b.ring app.
The ring stores data for up to 7 days, so we recommend syncing at least once a day to keep your records safe and up to date.

How to Sync
- Tap the Sync button at the top right corner of the Home screen.
- Or, simply pull down on the Home screen to start syncing.
FAQs
Q. How long is my data stored on the ring?
The storage duration depends on the type of data:
- Heart rate: 2 days (from midnight yesterday to today)
- Activity & sleep: 7 days
After that period, data will be automatically deleted. We recommend syncing daily.
Q. My Sleep Data Isn’t Showing Up.
If you’re not seeing your sleep data, please check the following:
- It is recorded only between 9:00 PM and 11:00 AM the next day. Any sleep outside of this time frame is not tracked.
- If your ring powered off or ran low on battery during sleep, data might not have been recorded.
- If the app didn’t complete syncing with your ring, your sleep data might not have been updated in the app.
If none of the above apply and you’re still having trouble, we recommend resetting your ring and pairing it again.
(How to reset: Go to My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Factory Reset)
Q. My HR Data Isn’t Showing Up.
Your ring only stores heart rate data from midnight yesterday through today.
So, if you haven’t synced your ring for more than two days, your heart rate data might not appear. We recommend syncing daily to ensure all your data!
