Exchange & Refund
- Exchange and refund requests can be made within 7 days of product receipt.
- Exchanges and refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect size after the product has been opened. Please use the ring size kit before purchase to ensure an accurate fit.
- Damage or malfunction resulting from user negligence or mishandling is not covered under warranty or eligible for exchange/refund.
- Refunds are not available if the request falls under the withdrawal restrictions defined by the Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce.
- Even within the warranty period, damage is generally not eligible for free replacement or refund. However, if damage occurs within one year from the date of product receipt and affects the sensor or health data measurement, it may be accepted for service.
- When a replacement is approved, the product will be exchanged for a refurbished unit of the same model and size. If necessary, the material may be changed to help prevent further damage.
- Please note that if the replaced product is damaged again, it cannot be accepted for another replacement.
- Scratches, scuffs, or minor damage that occur during normal use are not covered under warranty or eligible for free replacement/refund. Please handle your ring with care.
- Please use the designated courier service when returning a product. If a different courier is used, additional charges may apply.
- Extra shipping fees may apply to remote or island regions.
- For any return or repair request due to user negligence, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty & Repair
- The product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of receipt. However, the warranty does not cover deterioration of consumable parts, natural battery performance degradation over time, or any damage or malfunction caused by modification or improper use.
- If the product malfunctions, please contact Customer Service. When inquiring, provide the product model name, issue details, and your contact information.
- To request A/S service, proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) showing the purchase date, store, and product name is required.
- Damage or malfunction caused by user negligence or improper handling is not covered by after-sales service (A/S). In such cases, round-trip shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- If the product is found to be defective, it will be inspected upon return and exchanged for the same model, size, and color.
- Please use the designated courier service for product returns. If a non-designated courier is used, additional charges may apply.
- Additional shipping fees may apply to remote or island areas.
- If the product is damaged due to user negligence, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
