Check the correct wearing direction: Make sure the sensor inside the smart ring faces the palm side (under your finger). The ring should fit snugly on your finger\u2014not too loose\u2014for accurate measurement.<\/p>\n<p>2. Run a manual sync in the app: Due to mobile OS (Google\/Apple) policies, real-time syncing is limited when the app isn&#8217;t open. Launch the b.ring app and pull down on the home screen to complete a manual sync.<\/p>\n<p>3. Compare home screen vs detail screen: The number on the home screen updates relatively quickly, but the activity detail screen may take a little longer as data is aggregated.<\/p>\n<p>4.
