Background sync policy: For battery efficiency and security, b.ring doesn&#8217;t send data in real time while the app is closed. If you&#8217;ve gone a while without opening the app, it may take time to retrieve all the missed data\u2014please keep the app open and wait a moment.<\/p>\n<p>2. Smartphone time settings: In your smartphone settings, check that [Date &amp; Time] is set to &#8220;Automatic (use network-provided time).&#8221; If the time is set manually, data timestamps can become inconsistent and not display properly.<\/p>\n<p>3.
