Keep the app on screen: While syncing, don&#8217;t send the app to the background (don&#8217;t go to the home screen) or navigate to other menus\u2014please wait until it completes.<\/p>\n<p>2. Keep the screen on: If your smartphone screen turns off (locks) during sync, OS policies may cut off communication. Keep the screen on.<\/p>\n<p>3. Maintain close proximity: Due to the nature of the Bluetooth antenna, keeping the smart ring and smartphone as close together as possible (essentially touching) during sync is most stable.<\/p>\n<p>4.
