Allow background app permission (required)<\/p>\n<p>2. Android: In smartphone [Settings] &gt; [Apps] &gt; [b.ring] &gt; [Battery], change the setting to &#8220;Unrestricted.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>3. iOS: In smartphone [Settings] &gt; [b.ring], enable &#8220;Background App Refresh.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>4. Bluetooth interference and distance: Due to the nature of Bluetooth, having many wireless devices nearby (Wi-Fi router, other Bluetooth devices, etc.) or being too far from your smartphone can disconnect the connection.
