Check the dock play and reposition (normal design spec): The b.ring charging dock has a small amount of structural play so users can easily insert and remove the ring. After placing the ring on the dock, gently rotate it left and right so the dock&#8217;s contacts and the ring&#8217;s contacts align precisely, then check that the charging light (LED) turns on.<\/p>\n<p>2. Clean the charging contacts: If sweat or debris is on the brass-colored charging terminals on the inside of the ring or on the dock&#8217;s pins, current can&#8217;t flow. Wipe the contact area thoroughly with a dry cloth or cotton swab, then place the ring back on the dock.<\/p>\n<p>3. Try a different charging head or cable: With high-output fast chargers (PD chargers, etc.), current may be cut off to protect the device.
