If b.ring’s control function isn’t working temporarily, you’ll need to check your smartphone’s OS permission settings and the app’s state.<\/p>\n

1. Check smartphone permissions: The smart ring’s control function uses the smartphone’s background media permissions. In your smartphone [Settings], make sure both “Notification access” and “Device control permission” for the b.ring app are turned on.<\/p>\n

2. Update to the latest version: Media control functions depend heavily on compatibility with the smartphone OS (Android\/iOS) version. Please update the b.ring app to the latest version in the Google Play Store or App Store.<\/p>\n

3.
