If the screen isn&#8217;t displaying properly, please try the following steps.<\/p>\n<p>1. Verify biometric data sync is complete: AI analysis only begins after the day&#8217;s accumulated data (sleep, heart rate, etc.) is 100% synced to the smartphone app. First pull down the app&#8217;s home screen to fully complete a manual sync, then check the report.<\/p>\n<p>2. Check network connection: The AI report communicates with the server in real time, so loading may take longer if your cellular data or Wi-Fi connection is unstable.<\/p>\n<p>3. Refresh your account session: Your login information may have temporarily errored.
