Check the original data graphs: First, on the app&#8217;s home screen and detail view, verify that the day&#8217;s measured raw data graphs (heart rate, sleep time, etc.) are displaying correctly.<\/p>\n<p>2. Data accumulation and learning period: In the early stages when there&#8217;s not enough information about your daily patterns, temporary errors in AI analysis can occur. Accuracy improves as more data accumulates.<\/p>\n<p>3. How to report to customer support: If the raw graph data looks completely normal but only the AI report&#8217;s summary text comes out as the exact opposite, it may be a data processing error.
