My Ring Isn&#8217;t Charging.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your ring isn\u2019t charging, please check the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loose Cable Connection: Make sure your ring and the charging cable are properly connected. You&#8217;ll see an LED light up when it&#8217;s connected correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it doesn\u2019t charge, try flipping the ring over or charging it again the next day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faulty Charger or Port: Try plugging into a different wall adapter or even a laptop to see if the issue persists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using a fast charger may cause overheating or damage due to excessive current. We recommend charging via a laptop or using a 15W low-power charger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it doesn\u2019t charge, try flipping the ring over or charging it again the next day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bluetooth Error: The app&#8217;s battery percentage might not update even if your ring is actually charging due to a Bluetooth communication glitch. My Battery Drains Too Fast.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The battery is a consumable part and may naturally degrade over time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The longer you&#8217;ve used the ring, the shorter the battery life may become after a full charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help extend battery life, try switching your heart rate monitoring mode to Battery Saver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(How to set: Go to My Page &gt; Tracking Mode &gt; Heart Rate)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q. Are There Any Precautions When Charging?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoid using fast chargers, as high current can overheat or damage the device. Use a standard 5V\/1A charger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure the ring and cable are dry and free of dust or debris before charging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the ring has soap, hand sanitizer, or other residue on it, be sure to wipe it clean first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The charging cable uses a magnetic connection\u2014keep metal objects away from it during charging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store both your charger and ring in a dry place while charging.
