Troubleshooting: The ring isn\u2019t charging?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • In some cases, the ring may not be properly connected. Make sure the indicator light turns on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • There may be an issue with the charger itself. Try using a different charger to see if the problem persists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If it doesn\u2019t charge, try flipping the ring over or charging it again the next day<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We recommend charging via a laptop or using a 15W low-power charger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If there is a sticker inside the ring, please remove it. It won’t charge if the sticker is still on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In some cases, the ring may be charging normally but the battery level doesn\u2019t update due to a Bluetooth communication issue. Try reconnecting Bluetooth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Before charging, ensure there is no moisture or debris on the magnetic contact points. Wipe it clean if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The magnetic cable can attract metal objects, so keep it away from any metallic items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Using fast chargers may cause overheating or damage due to high current. We recommend charging via a laptop or using a 15W low-power charger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Charge your ring in a dry environment. Moisture may cause malfunctions or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Q. The battery drains quickly.<\/summary>\n

      Batteries are consumable parts that degrade over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      As you continue using the ring, the battery life will gradually shorten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To extend battery life, try setting your heart rate monitoring mode to Battery Saver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Q. Can I replace the battery?<\/summary>\n

      The battery is built-in and not replaceable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      However, if you experience battery failure within 6 months of receiving the product, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please contact Customer Support.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

      Q. Can I buy an extra charging cable?<\/summary>\n

      Currently, the charging cable is not sold separately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
