How to Charge<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

1. Check where the charging contacts are located on your ring, then place the ring in the charging case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Connect the charging cable to the charging case to supply power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* If the charging case has its own internal battery, charging will begin immediately without connecting the cable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. A red light will turn on while the ring is charging. When the light turns green, charging is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Using a fast charger may cause overheating or damage due to excessive current. We recommend charging via a laptop or using a 15W low-power charger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If it doesn\u2019t charge, try flipping the ring over or charging it again the next day<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Before charging, ensure there is no moisture or debris on the magnetic contact points. Wipe it clean if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If the ring is not used for a long time, the battery may discharge and its performance may decline. Please charge it about once a month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Charge your ring in a dry environment. Moisture may cause malfunctions or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
