My blood oxygen isn\u2019t measuring automatically.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is no record while wearing the ring, or if it records when not wearing it, please follow these steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For <strong>G1 models: <\/strong>Check that Bluetooth is connected stably and the app can run in the background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For <strong>G2 \/ Pro models:<\/strong> \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\">Disconnect and reconnect the ring(My Page \u2192 Smart Ring Settings \u2192 Disconnect)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firmware Update(My Page \u2192 Smart Ring Settings \u2192 Firmware Update)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select another tracking mode(My Page \u2192 Tracking Mode)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re-enable automatic measurement mode, or perform Sensor Calibration (My Page \u2192 Smart Ring Settings \u2192 Sensor Calibration).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If data is not recorded for more than a day, reset the ring and reconnect.
