To help you get the best experience with b.ring, here are some solutions for common issues that may occur depending on your environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcca Measurement isn\u2019t working, or the results look off.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Try the following steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Connect the ring to the charger and restart it<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Go to [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Firmware Update] and update to the latest version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Go to [My Page > Tracking Mode], change the mode, then re-enable it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • For G1 models<\/strong>, please turn off your phone\u2019s battery optimization<\/strong> feature. (Power-saving mode can affect real-time communication.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • For G2 \/ Pro models<\/strong>, go to [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Sensor Calibration].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udc63 My step count seems too low (or too high).<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Please check the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Go to [Settings > Profile] and make sure your height and weight<\/strong> are entered correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For G1 models<\/strong>, turn on [Activity > Settings > Enhanced Step View].<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For G2 \/ Pro models<\/strong>, perform [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Sensor Calibration].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      \ud83c\udf21\ufe0f My skin temperature looks too high.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The ring measures skin surface temperature, not body temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Values may appear higher due to ambient temperature, usage environment, or hand position.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If your hand has been exposed to warm water or direct light, remove the ring for a moment, clean the sensor area, and try measuring again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If it is continuously measured high, please update to version 10010 or higher in [My Page > Smart Ring Settings > Firmware Update].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \ud83d\udca7 My blood oxygen level looks low.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      A temporarily low reading doesn\u2019t necessarily mean a health issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Lower values can be caused by temporary breathing changes, fatigue, stress, smoking, or high altitude.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Also, because G2 \/ Pro models have higher sensor sensitivity<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      measurements may appear lower even though your health is stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It\u2019s best to observe overall trends<\/strong> rather than individual readings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \ud83d\udd17 Apple Health \/ Google Fit isn\u2019t syncing properly.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Sometimes, b.ring data syncs correctly, but Apple Health or Google Fit may show a delay or temporary sync issue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In most cases, data will sync automatically after some time<\/strong>, or restarting your device\/app can resolve it more quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If other devices (like your phone\u2019s internal sensors or smartwatches) have higher data priority<\/strong>, b.ring data might not appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please check your data source and priority settings<\/strong>, and make sure b.ring is set as the top source (1st priority).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Apple Health<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open the Apple Health app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Select a category like Steps or Sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Tap [Data Sources & Access] at the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Edit [Data Sources] and set b.ring as the top priority.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
