Wearing the ring correctly is very important for accurate sleep measurement. Please check the following.
– Make sure the ring is not too loose and fits snugly on your finger.
– Wear the ring with its sensor facing your palm; an incorrect orientation can cause measurement errors.
– Check that the sensor is clean and free of debris, and wipe it with a soft cloth if needed.
– Sleeping in a position that restricts blood flow, such as resting your head on your hand, makes accurate measurement difficult.
Also, the sleep measurement window is currently fixed from 21:30 to noon the next day, so sleep outside this window is not recorded. For more accurate measurement, we recommend switching to “Deep Analysis Mode” under “My Page > Auto Measurement Mode > Heart Rate” in the app. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
