My exercise was not recorded correctly.


Wearing the ring correctly is very important for accurate exercise records. Please check the following.

– Make sure the ring is not too loose and fits snugly.
– Wear the sensor facing your palm.
– Check that the sensor is clean and wipe it with a soft cloth if needed.
– Outdoor exercise in cold weather can chill your skin and slow the sensor’s response.
– If the connected smartphone is too far away, data may not transmit properly.
– Check that you did not accidentally press the [Stop] button during exercise, as this can halt recording.
– Wear the ring securely, since a loose ring that moves often makes measurement difficult.
– Heavy sweating can cause measurement errors, so wipe sweat off your finger and the ring and keep it dry.
