The AI report doesn’t appear, or the screen keeps showing as loading.


The AI report is a service generated by detailed analysis on the server based on the user’s biometric data. If the screen isn’t displaying properly, please try the following steps.

1. Verify biometric data sync is complete: AI analysis only begins after the day’s accumulated data (sleep, heart rate, etc.) is 100% synced to the smartphone app. First pull down the app’s home screen to fully complete a manual sync, then check the report.

2. Check network connection: The AI report communicates with the server in real time, so loading may take longer if your cellular data or Wi-Fi connection is unstable.

3. Refresh your account session: Your login information may have temporarily errored. Log out from [My Page] in the app and log back in, then check the screen.
