Issues where the app’s interface or graphs appear broken or don’t load are usually caused by temporary data (cache) conflicts inside the smartphone, or app version compatibility issues.
1. Update to the latest version (top priority): Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and check that the b.ring app is updated to the latest version. Due to server system overhauls and similar changes, screens may not display properly on older app versions.
2. Fully close and restart the app process: Open the task manager on your smartphone, fully swipe up to close (force-close) the b.ring app, then relaunch it to refresh the screen cache.
3. Submit the error screen: If screens still appear broken or don’t show after the steps above, send your smartphone model (e.g., Galaxy S24, iPhone 15), OS version information, and a capture of the error screen to customer support, and we’ll quickly issue a patch.
