A login state not being maintained can occur due to account security policies or multi-device access.
1. Multi-device simultaneous access limit: For the security of personal health data, b.ring allows only one smartphone (device) login per account. If you try to log into the same account on another smartphone or tablet app, the security token on the previously logged-in smartphone expires and you’ll automatically be logged out.
2. Check social login link status: If you’re linked via a social account (Google, Apple, Kakao, etc.), security updates or expired authentication on that social platform app may cause logout. In that case, log in via social login again.
3. Regular server maintenance: For stable service, login sessions may be safely reset immediately after app server maintenance and updates, requiring you to log in again.
