The items below help with most symptoms. Please check these first if you experience any issues with b.ring.
- Make sure your app is the latest version.
- Make sure your firmware is up to date.
- If possible, do this while the battery is sufficiently charged and near your smartphone.
- Check the wearing direction.
- The default recommended direction is with the b logo facing your palm.
- Check that the ring is not too loose or too tight.
- Check your app permissions.
- Bluetooth, location, background execution, and battery optimization settings can all have an effect.
- Avoid force-closing the app while using it.
- Background operation can be especially important for automatic measurement and syncing.
- Try restarting the app → turning Bluetooth OFF/ON → re-syncing once each.
