Before Contacting Us


The items below help with most symptoms. Please check these first if you experience any issues with b.ring.

  1. Make sure your app is the latest version.
  2. Make sure your firmware is up to date.
    • If possible, do this while the battery is sufficiently charged and near your smartphone.
  3. Check the wearing direction.
    • The default recommended direction is with the b logo facing your palm.
  4. Check that the ring is not too loose or too tight.
  5. Check your app permissions.
    • Bluetooth, location, background execution, and battery optimization settings can all have an effect.
  6. Avoid force-closing the app while using it.
    • Background operation can be especially important for automatic measurement and syncing.
  7. Try restarting the app → turning Bluetooth OFF/ON → re-syncing once each.
