The product, packaging, or cable arrived damaged.


If you discover damage or a defect right after receiving the product, please check the following for your safety and contact customer support immediately.

1. Stop using it: If the cable’s sheath is peeling or the charging dock contacts are damaged, it may cause a short circuit or device failure. Stop connecting it to power right away.

2. Take photos: For accurate and fast exchange/return processing, please take photos showing the damage on the outer box (shipping box), the product packaging, the device, and the cable.

3. Contact customer support: Send the photos along with your point of purchase and order number through [My Page > Inquiries] in the b.ring app or to our official email (j-help@apposter.com), and we’ll respond quickly.
