If your device won’t connect, please try the following steps in order.
1. Check the smartphone’s native Bluetooth settings (most important)
2. If b.ring is already paired directly in your smartphone’s [Settings] > [Bluetooth] device list, the app won’t be able to find it.
3. If it’s already registered there, tap [Unpair] or [Forget This Device] to remove it completely.
4. Then launch the b.ring app and search for and connect to the ring from within the app.
5. Try connecting while charging: The battery may be fully discharged, or the device may have entered a temporary sleep (standby) state. Place the ring on the charging dock, confirm the charging light is on (power is supplied), and try connecting in the app while it stays in that state.
6. Restart Bluetooth and the app: Turn your smartphone’s Bluetooth off and on, then force-close and relaunch the b.ring app.
