Sync interruptions are usually caused by communication distance or process limits on your smartphone.
1. Keep the app on screen: While syncing, don’t send the app to the background (don’t go to the home screen) or navigate to other menus—please wait until it completes.
2. Keep the screen on: If your smartphone screen turns off (locks) during sync, OS policies may cut off communication. Keep the screen on.
3. Maintain close proximity: Due to the nature of the Bluetooth antenna, keeping the smart ring and smartphone as close together as possible (essentially touching) during sync is most stable.
4. Update to the latest version: For stable connections, always check that the b.ring app is up to date in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
