If errors occur during b.ring account creation or login, please check the email format and password rules below.
1. Check supported email formats: When signing up, please use a standard personal email address from Google (Gmail), Naver, Kakao, etc. Some specialized carrier-only emails or emails containing special characters (e.g., plus-messaging linked emails) may not work for account creation due to system security and verification email restrictions.
2. Don’t confuse passwords: The password you enter at login is not the email password from a portal site (Naver, Google, etc.), but the dedicated b.ring password you set yourself when signing up for the b.ring app. If you don’t remember your password, reset it via [Forgot Password] at the bottom.
