Please check the following. 1. Skin temperature may not exactly match a regular thermometer reading. 2. Keep the app and firmware up to date. 3. Turn the relevant measurement item OFF and then ON again. 4. Check whether other measurements also look abnormal. 5. Also check whether battery drain is unusually fast.

The temperature (or skin temperature) item isn’t showing.

The heart rate shows differently from the actual value.
